How does the consultation process work?
You book a date that works for you through our online scheduler. We meet — in person in Los Angeles or remotely — and spend the first session just listening to your situation. No sales pitch, no pressure.
What are Raelene Chacon's qualifications?
Rae is an IRS-authorized tax preparer (PTIN P03120299) with multi-disciplinary expertise in tax, business strategy, credit building, and nonprofit consulting. She holds degrees from ASU, CSUN, and Ventura CC, and brings years of hands-on experience to every client relationship.
How much do services cost?
Fees depend on the scope of work. We give you a clear estimate before any work starts — no surprises, no hidden line items. A quick call can usually tell us enough to give you a solid number. Tax prep starts at $250, business startups at $650, and wills/trusts at $1,200.
Do you only serve clients in Los Angeles?
We're based in Los Angeles and love working with local clients, but we also work remotely with clients across California. Distance doesn't change the quality of the advice.
